Adding a Credential to your Digital Hive Identity


If you cleared the Add master credentials to my credential bank check box when adding basic connection information, you must manually add your content system credentials to your Digital Hive identity in order for Digital Hive to recognize that content system.

Procedure

  1. At the top right of the Digital Hive interface, click your profile icon to open the user menu
  2. In the menu that appears, click the Profile settings icon.

    The My Profile Settings box opens.
  3. In the top menu of the My profile settings box, select Credentials to display the credentials section.
  4. At the top right of the Credentials section, click the add icon ().
    The Add New Credentials box opens.
  5. At the top, select the content system for which to add credentials
  6. Enter the user name, password, and namespace of the master credentials.
    Note: Fields shown here may vary, depending on what kind of connector you are adding credentials for.
  7. Select the User as primary credential check box.
  8. Click Add.
    Digital Hive saves the new credentials.
  9. Reload the Connectors page to display the updated interface
